Soul Alchemy is a self-reflection tool that generates identity files from your writing. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or psychological assessment.
The full generation costs $99 USD, one-time. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, as the service is delivered immediately upon payment (digital file generation).
If the generation fails due to a technical error on our end, we will re-generate at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.
You own the writing you submit and the files generated from it. By submitting text, you confirm it is yours or you have permission to use it.
Do not submit writing that belongs to someone else without their consent.
If you create a public share link, you consent to your Voice, Values, and Lifeline being visible to anyone with the link. You can request removal at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
