Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use Soul Alchemy, you paste your writing into our tool. This text is sent to the Claude API (by Anthropic) for processing and is not stored on our servers after generation is complete.

If you sign in with Google, we store your email address and name for account access only.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not use your writing to train AI models.
• We do not track you across websites.
• We do not store your writing after your soul files are generated.

Your files

The SOUL.md and MEMORY.md files generated for you are yours. We do not retain copies unless you explicitly choose to share them via a public share link.

If you create a share link, your Voice, Values, and Lifeline sections are stored in our database and visible to anyone with the link. You can request removal by contacting us.

Third parties

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes your text to generate soul files. Subject to Anthropic's usage policy.
• Stripe — handles payment processing.
• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Google — provides OAuth sign-in (optional).
